Comprehensive strength based programme specific to football & to the individual’s playing position. Built to supplement current training & matchplay demand whether in pre-season, in-season or off-season. Programme includes;

• Athlete performance data tracking & feedback using Output Sports wearable technology
• Athlete health & wellness tracker
• Weight lifting technique development
• Individualised exercise & strength building programming
• Secondary programme for home/private gym workouts
• Options available to determine number of 1-on-1 sessions throughout programme
